After twenty years in business, Texas Sports & Family Medicine is now closed.

You may locate a new physician at Premier Family Physicians, Capital Medical Clinic (internal

medicine), Austin Regional Clinic, or Austin Diagnostic Clinic. Dr. Martha Pyron is a Sports Medicine Physician that practices locally and can help with your Sports Medicine needs.  Her office number is 512-257-2500  You may also search the American Board

of Family Medicine database: https://portfolio.theabfm.org/diplomate/find.aspx and the American

Medical Society for Sports Medicine database: https://www.amssm.org/Find-a-Doc.php  Finally, you can

also check the local hospital system referral lines and your insurance company for suggestions.

The last seven years of medical records will be transferred to our record custodian, GRM. (In accordance

with state law, a longer time frame is used for pediatric records.) You may request your records through

sent directly to your new physician. There is a fee associated with record retrieval. More information can
